We’re focused on building civic capacity, aligning partners, securing resources, and setting clear success metrics so that each initiative delivers measurable change. Why Sprints? Why Now?
Jacksonville is ready for epic civic solutions—but too often, big ideas get lost in drawn-out processes or disjointed efforts. The EpicJax Sprint model is our answer: a faster, smarter, more collaborative way to tackle our city’s biggest challenges. A Sprint is a focused, research-driven, 90-day effort that brings together cross-sector leaders to:
