The members of the Jacksonville Civic Council (JCC) strongly condemn the antisemitic messages
displayed this weekend around our community. These unacceptable acts of ignorance and hate
must not be tolerated, nor will it deter the JCC from advancing our rich and long-standing
tradition of interfaith and multi-cultural collaboration in business, civic and charitable activities.
As we have stated in the past, we as a community must come together and denounce all forms
of racism, antisemitism, discrimination, and intimidation. JCC stands shoulder to shoulder with
our Jewish brothers and sisters against antisemitism. And we will continue to promote our
mutual goal of a safe, vibrant and thriving city that provides a high quality of life – and a safe
and welcoming environment – for all who call it home.
