The Downtown Investment Authority was created to revitalize Jacksonville’s urban core by utilizing Community Redevelopment Area resources to spur economic development.
Created and governed by commercial property owners, Downtown Vision is a not-for-profit organization tasked with building and maintaining a healthy and vibrant downtown for living, working and playing.
Created by the Civic Council and Jax Chamber, InvestJax is a private independent investment entity designed to accelerate downtown revitalization by providing patient financial capital and focused intellectual resources for real estate and new business development in the urban core.
With a heritage dating to 1895, JEA pursues its mission of providing reliable electric, water and sewer services at the best value while protecting precious natural resources.
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is an independent state agency seeking to improve the quality of life in Jacksonville by providing reliable, affordable public transportation.
Founded in 1934, Jacksonville University is a private, coeducational college with approximately 3,500 students. It offers seven bachelor’s degree programs and more than 70 majors, programs and concentrations.
JAX Chamber is a not-for-profit organization promoting business growth in Northeast Florida. With more than 3,000 members, the Chamber helps members connect, grow their businesses and prosper.
